Emma Harner is a freshman at Lincoln High School. She has been a musician her whole life - from singing to playing the piano and the violin. Recently, she taught herself to play the ukelele and has started writing songs. Although she can't really say how this song came about, she believes it reveals the way many young people feel a bit unsure as they begin the process of growing up.
